Sunday, Sept. 22 will be an afternoon of relaxation if you join in on this retreat!  From 1:00-4:00 pm at Copper Dock Winery - come experience live cello music along with a gentle yoga practice, meditation, journaling and a little art (you don't have to be an artist in any way!).  Sign up through the link on the class schedule page or contact me at [email protected].  

Rates for yoga classes will increase at the beginning of September.  8-week class session will now be $55.  Drop in rate will increase to $10 per class.  Discounts are given when you sign up for more than one class.
